We’ve finally finished our project with our Catalina Spa Nantucket with the chiller system for a while now, and it has exceeded our expectations. The build quality feels premium, the jets are powerful and relaxing, and the overall design is beautiful and comfortable for family and guests. The chiller feature is a game changer — being able to switch between a hot relaxing spa and a refreshing cold makes it incredibly versatile year-round. The temperature control is consistent, and the system runs quietly and efficiently. Setup was straightforward, maintenance has been easier than expected, and the insulation keeps operating costs reasonable. The seating layout is very comfortable, and the hydrotherapy performance is excellent after workouts or long days. If you’re looking for a spa that combines luxury, recovery, and flexibility, the Catalina Nantucket with the chiller is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

We walked in on a weekend to see some hot tubs in person. We spoke with the store manager, Steve Sharp. He was very knowledgeable and explained to us what our choices were, how they worked, and spent a good while talking to us about everything from the installation process to what chemicals to use. We left there feeling fairly confident in our decision to buy a hot tub. He had us a quote approximately 2 days later, and once we signed the order confirmation agreement, it was approximately 1 month until it arrived at our house.

The product is great, our hot tub is awesome. But the delivery folks definitely left something to be desired. I had to have a repairman come out almost immediately, and my lanai is still messed up from them, taking it apart and failing to put it back together properly. Recommend you purchase your hot tub here and arrange for installation with someone else who is more professional.

I had been hot tub shopping for about a year, but just couldn’t decide. Steve sent me emails with updated pricing and spa option without the pressure of of salesman. He helped talk us through what our actual needs for the hot tub were and honestly, didn’t try to oversell us at all which was much appreciated! He was thorough and listened to what we needed. He kept me in the loop on every step of the process from the day of purchase to scheduling delivery. His delivery team was fabulous, we had a bit of a tight fit but they made it work, and even readjust the hot tub so we could have a better view! Steve even followed up my delivery and set up with answering a few questions of mine! Also… his pup is the sweetest ever!!!!! Thanks again Steve!
