I chose Windsor Pointe after touring three other facilities near the beaches. I had a good feeling from the beginning. It was a Saturday and it was very active with residents. First impression: staff friendly and the facility was modern and clean. I took a tour with Jennifer from the sales team. I explained my father was moving here from out of town. She set up another tour for both my dad and I which included dinner. She went out of her way to make dinner arrangements with another resident to make him feel like he had a friend before moving in. She also stayed late to join us. The staff at dinner knew residents by name. Our server Zach was so sweet. My dad felt right at home and I knew we were making the best choice. Jessica was able to fit me into her schedule quickly and get the lease signed and answer all my questions. We move in this weekend. So excited to be part of this community.

This community is lovely! Truly best in class. The residents are so friendly and genuinely seem happy. The staff is outstanding. Jennifer, Sales Director, showed us the property when I was looking with my dad. She was so gracious and hospitable and truly this is a place where the staff and community makes it feel like home.
Randa was super helpful and the most delightful person to work with. Her professionalism is beyond compare. If your looking for a great retirement home this is for you. Plenty of amenities and activities. Beautiful grounds and all the staff are wonderful. Please ask for Randa if you need anything.
Randa and the team at the Windsor have been absolutely amazing with my father in law! This community is absolutely GORGEOUS with endless things for the residents to do! A very active community and my father in law loves it there!
Everyone has been so welcoming and caring. Finding a safe and respectful home for my dad was new and Jennifer put me at ease, answered all my questions, and was easily accessible. I’d highly recommend Windsor Pointe so far.
