I am so grateful to have had Dr. Kuester as my doctor throughout my pregnancy. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and well cared for. She was always kind, patient, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. I recently welcomed my beautiful baby girl, and I truly appreciate the care and support Dr. Kuester provided throughout my pregnancy and delivery. I felt that I was in good hands every step of the way. Thank you, Dr. Kuester, for taking such great care of me and my baby. I truly appreciate everything you have done for us. I would highly recommend her to any mom looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate doctor! ❤️
Dr. Kuester and Ashley are both amazing providers. They are so caring, passionate and Godly women. They have prayed with me when and showed how much they genuinely care about me, my baby, and my other children. The office staff is amazing too, they’re all so kind and sweet. They are quick to love on your kids and offer them snacks and coloring pages. They are truly an amazing office!
I rarely post negative reviews but I am absolutely furious about the way my daughter-in-law was treated at the Yulee Women's Care office this morning. She is a four months pregnant. At her last appointment, they did bloodwork. Today, when she went back, Kenya, at the desk handed her a form and told her they had FORGOTTEN to have her sign it last time. The form says that if insurance doesn't cover this particular blood test, she could be responsible for as much as $1,000. Except nobody told her that before the test was done. My DIL said she wasn't comfortable signing something after the fact saying she retroactively agrees to potentially be responsible for a $1,000 out of pocket when she wasn't given that information before the test was performed. Kenya then told her that if she wouldn't sign it, she couldn't come back to their office. My DIL felt backed into an impossible corner. To be clear, my DIL didn't refuse to pay a bill. She didn't refuse medical treatment. She asked a perfectly reasonable question about being asked to sign a financial acknowledgment AFTER the procedure had already happened because someone in their office forgot to get the proper paperwork signed beforehand and they were trying to cover their butt. My daughter-in-law is four months pregnant, for God's sake. The last thing an expectant mother needs is to leave her OB's office crying because the staff treated her like crap for asking questions. I have personally met Dr Kuester before and found her to be very kind and personable, which makes this experience with her office staff especially disappointing. Prenatal care is an incredibly vulnerable time, and patients should be able to ask reasonable questions about costs and paperwork without being treated rudely or threatened with losing access to their provider. This isn't about Dr Kuester personally or the medical care my DIL has received from her. This is entirely about the way her staff handled this situation. If your office makes an administrative mistake, own it. Explain it. Answer the patient's questions. Figure out how to fix it. You do NOT bully a pregnant woman into signing something after the fact by telling her she will lose her doctor if she doesn't. That is unacceptable. Do better!
Went to see the Dr. my appointment was at 1:15. Had to pick my son up from school and finally left at 3:08 and still had not seeing her. It’s poor service when you have to wait almost 2 hours and still no doctor. Asked the one of the ladies at 2:45 about status and she didn’t come back to me until 20 minutes later when I was leaving. It was my first time and it’s going to be my last. If you can’t manage case load then don’t schedule so many people on the same day. Took the day off work just to have it completely wasted. To say I’m furious would be an understatement. I don’t even leave reviews but this was so outrageous that I had to. I immediately called my insurance and found me another provider.
Dr. Kuester and her team are the best! I highly recommend this office. They are always welcoming and make you feel comfortable. I've never felt rushed there, because they take their time with you when you're with them. 5/5!
