Floors in common areas were regularly neglected, from trash on the floors, in the elevator, and sticky, spilled substances in the stair wells. Room smelled of mildew and mildew was discovered in the bathroom on May 16. I was told that maintenance would take are care of it the next day. A week later nothing had been done. They initially charged a late payment fee of $20.00. Then all of a sudden they jacked the price up to $100.00 without warning or putting anything in writing. I was told this was possible because the manager could do anything he wants by virtue of his position. Although I had been able to pay for my room later than 11:00am, a note was attached to my room door stating I had to leave the premises since I didn't pay by 11:00 that day. The mattresses were stained and the sheets would not stay on the beds. The reception desk initially had hours posted but they would frequently close two to three hours earlier. I can't recall the managers name but he was of Hispanic heritage.

I’ve been a long-term resident here, and I want to commend the staff and management team for always keeping the property clean and safe. Miguel and Shondra keep everything running smoothly and have never denied a request within reason. If you need a safe place to call home, no matter what life throws at you, this is the place. Keep up the great work!

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Shonda at the front desk during my stay, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of, always with a positive attitude and genuine care for guests. Her commitment to excellent customer service made my stay significantly more enjoyable

I had a fairly nice stay at this hotel at first, but unfortunately, my overall experience was overshadowed by a few major issues. To start, I want to be fair—this is a budget/extended stay hotel, so it’s important to curb expectations. The rooms themselves were clean and perfectly fine for a short stay. The location is also a plus—it’s in a nice area and conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy to get where you need to go quickly. Also, there is no free breakfast, which makes sense given that it’s technically an extended stay property. However, there were some clear downsides. The hallways, in particular, need attention—the carpet looks worn and could either use a deep cleaning or be replaced altogether. More importantly, I had two experiences that completely changed my impression of this hotel. When I first arrived, I was given the wrong room number and key. I walked into the room I was assigned, only to find other guests already inside. This was uncomfortable and raised serious privacy and safety concerns. I had to return to the front desk to get the correct room. Later in my stay, I lost my room key and needed assistance late at night. The staff member on call was extremely rude from the moment I reached out. When I asked for a replacement key, I was told, “No, I’m not making another key—I’m just going to let you in.” There was also no attempt to verify my identity, which again raises safety concerns. While the room itself met expectations for the price, the customer service and lack of proper security procedures are what ultimately ruined this stay for me. Because of these experiences, I will not be choosing to stay here again.
