A reservation was made and we were told the room was available and ready, given keys and headed up. Upon entrance we were given keys to someone else's room which was actively accupied. Went to fix that and they could not get into the system. Was given a random room listed as available. It only had one bed when the reaervatuon was listed for 3. When this was brought to the front desks attention we were basically blown off and told "if management comes in they might move you but sit tight, I just quit". We were also told it's ok to smoke in the room by an employee and then we were greeted with an inspection in the morning where we were told we would have to pay for that cleaning (later was told the employee would be since we were told we could). They moved us a new space, which had roughly 20 discrepancies that were noted so I wouldn't get charged for them. They then asked if I wantes to check out and go find another place to stay but would not be given my money back for 11-14 business days by one of the rudest front desk employees I have ever met. There was not security on site and people were very loud in the parking lot and hallways all night including what may have been a physical altercation. The Management and employees should all be changed promptly

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. I especially want to recognize Angellica, the manager, for her outstanding customer service. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Her attention to guests and willingness to help truly made a difference. Thank you, Angellica, and the entire staff for such a great experience. I would definitely stay here again!
It took us a half hour before someone manned the desk to even let us check-in. Upon entering the room there was the overwhelming smell of disinfectant cleaner which by the morning had subsided to reveal a musty, mildew smell. The bathroom door does not lock, the TV does not work, the shower curtain rod is broken, and several panels of the blinds are missing. Went downstairs to complain 'cause guess what, there's no house phone. At 11 PM the office service window was shuttered with a security gate. Came down the next morning at 8 AM and the office is still shuttered with no one manning the desk.
If I could give less than one star, I would. I was personally present and witnessed this entire interaction firsthand. A pregnant guest had a third-party booking confirmation and the booking agent on speakerphone, yet the General Manager refused to honor the reservation unless she paid additional money directly to the hotel. I personally heard the agent question the additional charge, and no clear explanation was provided. I also personally witnessed how the General Manager treated the young man working the front desk. Management had removed his authority to approve the booking, yet the manager spoke to him in a rude, demeaning, and humiliating manner in front of everyone. I watched this young man try to do his job while being placed in an impossible position by his own management. I later personally encountered the pregnant guest outside with her four children. What I witnessed was unacceptable. Corporate management needs to investigate this incident and take appropriate action regarding both the unexplained additional payment and the treatment of this employee and guest. The way the general manager treats its employees is degrading, demeaning, disrespectful, dishonorable, and unprofessional. If they would take from a pregnant woman, her four children, and a third party they would take from anyone. Beware of this company if this is how they choose to do business and how they treat their employees, and guests.
