*0 Stars* This is now the second time that a package has failed to be delivered. First it says they cannot access delivery location (not sure why because my neighborhood is VERY accessible). Then they “try again” the next day and it’s the same thing. Then it says due to “costumer request” I have to pick it up from the post office. This continues to happen and it’s ridiculous. Clearly from the other reviews this happens quite frequently. So what’s it going to take for this place to step it up? Can’t wait to go pick up my package so we can talk about how this place is going to improve.
You never know who is delivering your mail, whether it will make to your mailbox, and if it does, what condition it will arrive in. Case in point....very important documents are of no concern to them.
They deliver it on Saturday and I did not know why they did not give it to the locker. It showed that “Held at the post office, at customer request”. Even my business open on the time they deliver, and I did not make that request. I have to come to the office on Monday to pick it up, they said It is on the way to deliver again. I ‘m ok with that . When I come back and check the routine they said it is delivered to the parcel locker. I saw nothing on that. Maybe they did not deliver or they delivered in wrong locker. It is so waste of time with Usps. How to resolve that system. It is awfull
This post office is for pick up and drop off of pre labeled packages only. The also have an outside drop box. You can’t buy any postal supplies here or ship any items not pre labeled.
Horrible service they don’t help they wanted to ask another customer for help all they said is package had to be prepaid for so I left prepaid for it and then came back then she wanted to inform me that it needed to be packaged and the label printed as if she couldn’t have specified that the first time
