It’s a long story, but we needed someone to come out to the house and verify that our AC units were functioning correctly. Tyler was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He came out the same day we called, and even though we were his last appointment of the day, Tyler did not rush and spent plenty of time running his diagnostics, adjusting things, explaining to us without being condescending, and listening to us explain why we called the company in the first place. On top of all that, the service call was very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience. My A/C stopped working two nights ago, and they had someone at my house at 10:00 PM that night. That’s the kind of customer service that really stands out. Darius and Zach were both professional, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. As a home inspector, I work with a lot of contractors and regularly recommend professionals to my clients. I’m also transitioning into real estate, and they’ll absolutely remain at the top of my referral list. Thank you both for the outstanding service. This company saved us! It took a few days because of the weekend but they saved me a lot of money for an unnecessary “fix”. The company that installed my AC quoted us $3300 to start for something that isn’t broken. Worlds Greatest did most of it under warranty and never lied or fed us BS. If you want an above board experience call them!
