My experience at Yamaha Marine Center of Jacksonville was nothing short of a five star experience all around. The dealership is beautiful and you’re greeted by the friendliest dog upon visiting. Coby our sales representative was key to making our boat dreams a reality. I was particular about the options and details I wanted in my brand new boat build and Coby made sure every idea became a reality. When I had questions, he was super responsive and very knowledgeable. Lastly, he never pressured us into anything. If we wanted it, he would make it happen and if we didn’t, that was fine too! He wants you to be happy when you walk out the door and he did everything he could to make sure we were. When the boat came in, it was clear the dealership was more than just a sales center. Bryan the service manger was super friendly and extremely helpful. The guy knows his stuff and it shows in the details and work that he performed. It’s really a complete package working with them that I don’t think many places can replicate. I want to thank the folks at Yamaha Marine Center for making our dreams a reality. We purchased a 2024, Key West 239 from our sales rep Barton. Easy process from the negotiation to the final delivery. He also delivered the boat to our home lift and did a very thorough demo and test ride. We plan on doing our service with you and would recommend your facility and Barton to all friends and neighbors. P.S. I would also like to say I made a random stop into the store why our sales person was in a training class and everyone included the owner himself greeted me at the front door and was extremely helpful on my visit. It’s rare to see an owner of such high dollar company, actually willing to be on the front line to help a customer and did not even mention he was the owner just his name and how he could help me. To me that speaks volume of who you’re doing business with and is a reflection of the people he hires and how they take care of every customer.
