My journey at Yoga Den has been truly special—more than a practice, it’s a place for mind, body, and connection. All the teachers are excellent; these are the ones I’ve experienced. My first class with Mackenzie made me feel instantly at home—her approach is supportive and uplifting. Pam is warm and caring, creating a strong sense of community. Larisa is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Tasha, the manager, is accommodating and always willing to help. Grateful for this welcoming space. If you’re in the World Golf area in Florida, I highly recommend taking a class.

I absolutely love Yoga Den WGV! The studio is beautiful, clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Every class here leaves me feeling physically strong, mentally refreshed, and genuinely relaxed. It is truly a peaceful escape and a wonderful community. I have taken multiple classes with Michelle, Pam, Cynthia, and Andrew, all of whom are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and excellent at guiding you through every pose, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi. I highly recommend Yoga Den WGV to anyone looking to improve their practice and well-being! Namaste!
LOVE YOGA DEN! Miroslava's Tues/Thurs 6am class is one the BEST classes! She is a great instructor with lots of advice for all yogis! This 1 hour class is early in the morning for those with young kids, who work mornings or even overnighters, or any early morning risers to motivate them to start their day with Sun Power class leaving refreshed and detoxed. Newcomer friendly as well for those who want to start taking a hot yoga class. I personally am a HUGE fan of hot yoga! So all of the instructors that teach those are great, esp Debbie, Miroslava, and Mackenzie. They are great instructors who offers tips on moves/positions throughout the class how to push yourself no matter a new or advanced yogi. Most of these instructors also will walk around during parts of the class to assist anyone who might just ned a bit of tweaking or help with a move. Tasha - the manager is also really great and helpful if there is an issue!! I would personally recommend Yoga Den classes to anyone who is ready for yoga!
I have been a member for many years and love practicing my yoga here with the best of teachers, Jill, Andrew, Larisa, and Debbie just to name a few
