I've consistently experienced excellent customer service with Yosemite Irrigation, particularly with Chris. Their communication stands out – if you send a detailed email, and follow up with a phone call after your email. I also appreciate their after-hours service: if you call after hours and leave a message, you get an automated text confirming their office is closed, but you can reply with details and even pictures. I did this recently and Bret from Yosemite immediately texted me back, confirming he was on top of the issue, and it was quickly resolved. They are incredibly thorough, even sending before and after pictures and videos of the repairs. I've worked with them for several years, using them for our community's public area monthly wet checks, and they consistently ensure everything is in working order. They truly cover all the bases from repairs to communication.
What a great experience working with this crew! Johnathan and Brano, Not only did they do an amazing job installing the new sod, but the team walked me through exactly how to set up the irrigation schedule to make sure the roots take hold properly. True professionals from start to finish. I highly recommend! They have Martha in the office who is a true asset. She was very professional, kind and made the entire process super easy. Chris was also great in explaining the process. A wonderful company from start to finish.
Avoid Yosemite Irrigation & Landscaping Inc. We hired them to fix our Zone 4 sprinkler system. They claimed it was fixed, took our money, and left. When we tested it, Zone 4 wouldn't turn on at all because the technician secretly combined it into Zone 3 instead of fixing the root cause. This shortcut completely ruined our water pressure.When I called to complain, they brushed me off, ignored my requests, and made me feel stupid. Finally, I had some low-voltage technician colleagues look at it. They instantly found the actual problem: the well pressure tank just needed air. Once filled, the system worked perfectly.Yosemite Irrigation misdiagnosed a simple issue, cut corners, did unauthorized work, and has ghosted me for three weeks. Terrible service and zero accountability.
From beginning to end they were easy to work with and very professional. Very accommodating when we changed our mind mid-planting. Highly recommend!!!
Yosemite Irrigation has been nothing short of fantastic! I am on staff with a Creekside Christian Church and we recently hired Yosemite Irrigation to install irrigation and sprinklers into our new sports field and it turned out perfect! Anytime I contacted their office, their customer service was helpful and responsive, as well as their field guys. I highly recommend working with this company if you are looking for a company that works with excellence!
