Zap Cat espresso bar is such a cool place. The entire staff is just awesome and always friendly. The coffee shop itself has a cool vibe, decorated in bright colors with plenty of seating. They have a bar area for socializing, booths, tables, chairs, stools and a couch to chill or hang with friends. It’s super kid friendly. They serve classic espresso drinks, pour overs, as well as seasonal menus and specials. They typically have some baked goods, cold drinks and coffee beans for sale. Definitely check them out when you’re in the area, you won’t be disappointed!
So many new coffee shops have opened recently in the area. Zap Cat has been one of my favorites. I'm not in the Mayport area often but when I am, I like to stop by and visit. Their seasonal drinks are always some of the best in the area. They have great service and they always pay attention to the minor details.
Super friendly, very light spacious place to sit. One table outside. Coffee here is very good. Also do a bunch of seasonal specials. Also well priced, real good Americano is around 4 bucks.
Came to visit from reviews. I got an iced latte with vanilla. It has more of a cinnamon taste which threw me off because I don’t like Cinnamon and didn’t request it. Friendly staff. UPDATE: I was given the wrong drink and the shop reached out about it. I’ll give it another try! Thanks for the reply and I’ll be back soon!
I got the breakfast burrito and Latte. Both 5 stars. The latte was really smooth and amazing flavor. Will definitely be back.
