I was treated yesterday at Absolute Injury and Pain Physicians for my shoulder, neck, and right hip. The staff was absolutely wonderful — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to address my concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit.
I had no idea what to expect; I have never had any kind of back issues or treatments before and they explained everything completely and kept me at ease. Results were awesome too
I wouldn't waste time and money going here. The only reason I went is because it was authorized by worker's comp and I wanted to make sure I was in compliance with treatment for my injuries. I will say the office staff are awesome. However, Dr. Donnelly seems like she's pretending to be a chiropractor. She acts like she doesn't really want to be there at all. There was no adjustment or feeling that I was getting a professional treatment for my condition. The office staff put me on two machines (one vibrates and one has electric pulses); they hooked me up and came back in 15 minutes. Really easy money being raked in at this place.
Dr. Donnelly is amazing as she truly does care for her patients and their overall health. She is a hidden gem in St. Augustine and once patients find her they only Wished they could of found her much sooner.
