Our 4-year-old son, Dmitry, has been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with Professor Brandon for the past several months, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. He has attended around 20 classes and also participated in the Jiu-Jitsu Summer Camp, and the positive impact has been incredible. Dmitry absolutely loves going to class, has made many new friends, and always comes home excited to share what he learned. The program does an outstanding job of combining physical activity, fun and engaging games, technical instruction, and the core values and philosophy of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The classes keep young children active and focused while building confidence, discipline, coordination, and respect. Professor Brandon has a remarkable ability to connect with children and create a positive, encouraging environment where they can learn and grow. We are truly grateful for the time, dedication, and passion he brings to every class. We highly recommend this program to any parent looking for a fun, supportive, and professionally run Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy for their child. Thank you, Professor Brandon, for everything you do for Dmitry and the entire Amelia Island Jiu-Jitsu community!

Popped in for a visit while traveling. I had a great time at their open mat. It was a clean and welcoming environment and some really good rolls. I highly recommend. If you ever have the opportunity to come and train here, do it! Solid jiu jitsu all around and good vibes. I hope to see them again soon. OSS!
Stopped in here for open mat with a friend while on vacation. Head coach is a great guy. Nice facilities! Would recommend check this gym out if local or stopping in for vacation.
I personally don’t practice the sport but I have watched Brandon coach for the past several years while my husband has trained beside him. Brandon as well as his wife Jess is very welcoming and Brandon is very knowledgeable as well as passionate about the sport. Highly recommend this location if you live in or around the area or if you are just pass through!
I signed my kids up for classes in the spring of ‘24 and it’s been great. Brandon shows great patience with the beginners and seems like he was born to coach. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or you have years of experience, AIBJJ can help you maintain what you’ve got or take you to the next level if that’s what you’re looking for. I highly recommend stopping in to see him.
