I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. The receptionist came across as rude and passive-aggressive, which made an already difficult situation even more stressful. I was there dealing with ongoing health issues, and a little kindness and compassion would have gone a long way. Instead, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. I do want to say that the manager I spoke with was very friendly, understanding, and professional. I truly appreciate the way they handled my concerns. I hope the manager has a conversation with the front desk staff, as their attitude was the main reason I no longer feel comfortable returning to this office. Unfortunately, because of the way I was treated, I will no longer be returning. The experience at the front desk completely turned me away, and I cannot recommend a place where patients are made to feel unwelcome during an already challenging time.
Very professional and the staff is amazing and caring. My doctor takes the time to listen and then explain everything. If looking for amazing primary care highly recommend them.
Awesome Doctor she is a few that truly listens. Thank goodness for her care. All the staff is so kind and caring Juanita T is always so thoughtful and caring truly always helps me and others. She is a number 50 out of a 10. She really respects you and loves helping as soon as you walk up. Number 10 is way to low for all the staff and Doctors
Physicians are amazing. The use of the Kiosks to check in would be OK except they ask and require you to add to much information which the office already has. Receptionist was quite short and borderline rude to a few of the patients while I was sitting in Reception. It made me slightly uncomfortable.
Dr. Mueller is wonderful. She actively listens and takes the time to explain things. For the first time I feel like my doctor gets me.
