Atlantic Garage Experts of Jacksonville

Honest company. That matters more than anything else to me. Really impressed.

Called company today which sounds like a call center since person answering has no idea about scheduling and kept telling me that management will call me for updates?? Made an appointment and nobody shows up in appointment slot time. I called to get update and was told that there is another big job and i need to be rescheduled??? Have received no calls from management! Why take appointments if nobody showing up?

Let me share my experience because I think it really shows what kind of company this is. My realtor recommended Atlantic Experts. My elderly mother lives alone and called me worried because her garage door made a loud bang and stopped working. I live two hours away so I couldnt get there quickly. I mean I called these guys, explained the situation, and asked if they could go check on her. Not only did they fit her in that same afternoon but the tech was apparently incredibly patient with her. He explained everything in simple terms and even showed her how to use the emergency release in case it ever happened again. He replaced the broken spring and did a full safety check on everything. My mom called me after and said he was one of the nicest young men shes ever dealt with. The price was fair and they even gave her a senior discount I didnt ask for. Thats the kind of company that deserves every five star review they get!!
