We decided to move to the Jacksonville area, even though we knew very little about the region. Brooke was recommended to us and we communicated with her for 10 months while we listed our home, searched for a new neighborhood, and tried to figure out our budget. Brooke was amazing throughout the entire experience. She referred us to our lender, accompanied us over many miles as we searched for our new home, and it was Brooke who actually found our home for us. We settled in St. Augustine and it is a perfect fit for us. She knew what we were looking for, she referred us to an amazing home inspector, and she continues to be an invaluable resource for questions and information. If you are looking to buy or sell, Brooke is the professional you want on your team.

I'm a Compass agent in the Chicago area and when my aunt in Florida was in need of a fabulous agent to list her home, I was so grateful to have found Brooke Bohall! Brooke did a wonderful job preparing and marketing my aunt's house and was able to get it under contract within days. She made the process clear and so smooth for my aunt, which made me incredibly grateful. My aunt adored her and was so happy. Thank you so much, Brooke! I hope I can refer more clients to you and I would do so in a heartbeat.
