Joy guided my husband and I through our home selling process. She was very thorough, providing handout on preparing for the selling process, preparing for house photos, and preparing for showings. She also presented an excel calculating all potential closing costs and revenue based on different selling prices which was incredibly helpful to us and helped us feel ready to sell. She was very responsive to our requests and comfort levels and clearly very knowledgeable. Our house was listed and sold very quickly for the price we wanted. She and her team, Samantha and Rachel, were very communicate and helpful during the whole process. They were on top of everything and left nothing for us to keep track of ourselves which was awesome. It was a very good experience, she was referred to us from a friend who used her and we would absolutely refer her or use her again. :)

Joy is an absolute JOY to work with. She walked with me through every step of buying my first home, and then helped me sell that same home years later!
