Carlos is a “rockstar” real estate agent! Our group, as out of state real estate investors, needed a knowledgeable and experienced person who could evaluate the properties and estimate rehab costs for us! And Carlos is exactly that person and even more! He can even be the project manager for the rehab! In this business, you need an honest realtor who knows the market and can act fast. Carlos helped us purchase and rehab our first property in the JAX area and we couldn’t be more happy with his services! He can be a great mentor as he himself also invests in real estate.

Beware, I am renting a property from him and he makes me feel uncomfortable. He advised he will come into the house whenever he wants. Using FL statute 83.53 to be able to make me feel uncomfortable. He has even advised us that his children are going to come and play in the pool of our rental. Beware of working with him...all I can say is my personal opinion is I am uncomfortable and don't appreciate not having privacy.
