I’ve been practicing at this studio for the past four years, and it has truly been such a special part of my life. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and supported. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, intentional, and genuinely care about their students meeting you exactly where you are, whether you’re a beginner or have been practicing for years. I couldnt recommend the studio enough.
Gym & Fitness
Love this studio! The instructors are fabulous and there are a variety of class options throughout the week, I love the heated power classes. The space is beautiful too, with its brick walls and windows overlooking Centre St. Definitely my favorite studio in the area!
Immediately felt at home here. Beautiful ambiance (especially at 6:15am ☀️), wonderful flow with Saven, and a very welcoming community. Happy to have found COY ❤️🙏🏼
Centred on Yoga is such a special part of downtown Fernandina Beach. From the moment you walk in, the space feels welcoming, calming, and thoughtfully designed. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly present — whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice. Every class feels intentional and grounding. It’s more than just a studio; it’s a community. Highly recommend if you’re looking to move, breathe, and reset in the heart of Fernandina Beach.
My husband and I have been practicing at COY for a few years now and love the studio. The community, fellow yogis and instructors are truly the best and I have built life long friendships here. Each instructor has their own unique flair, but the flows always feel great. Highly recommend.
