Dr. Jeffrey Brunelli and the entire team at Coastal Orthopedics have been exceptional from start to finish. After my knee replacement surgery, Dr. Brunelli demonstrated outstanding skill, professionalism, and genuine compassion throughout every step of my recovery. He took the time to listen, answered my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood my treatment plan. His confidence and expertise gave me peace of mind, and the results have exceeded my expectations. I am now walking without pain and have been able to return to my daily activities with renewed confidence. Never go in there if you ever took suboxone. They immediately label you as a drug seeker. It’s a shame yo be treated like that. Knee replacement treated very differently. Had to call for pain meds but still treated like a drug dealer when I havnt taken a narcotic in 10 years.
I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this office. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment, yet I was left sitting in an exam room for 45 minutes. I eventually had to inform the nursing staff that I was leaving because I have other commitments; a scheduled appointment should mean my time is respected. Beyond the wait, there was a serious lack of attention. I was there specifically to discuss possibly scheduling a knee replacement surgery. At some point the doctor informed the nurse that I was there for a knee injection. I no longer feel comfortable moving forward with this doctor.
Dr. Brunelli and his attentiveness to not only understand my concerns, but to address those concerns and went above and beyond in his care and aftercare.
Everyone from check in to check out were very helpful, friendly. The wait was short before being taken to a room. The nurse was very informative and explained what was going on with my knee and the choices I have. I would highly recommend them
