I recently purchased $50 worth of mystery bags from your store, and I was quite disappointed with the items I received. Unfortunately, none of the clothing pieces reflected the boutique's style or were suitable for me to wear in public. While I understand the policy of no returns or exchanges, receiving items that are completely unwearable is disheartening. I returned the next day and found the customer service to be very helpful; however, I have been unable to reach the owner or a manager to discuss this further. Additionally, my friends, who also purchased $50 worth, were able to find at least one wearable item, but both of my bags contained nothing acceptable. I really had high hopes due to the store, being very stylish in trend. I would not be Bringing it to your attention if I found something suitable, but unfortunately, this was not the case at all!! I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes of finding a resolution.

I purchased a top from Colie's in May wore it once and handwashed it per the shirts washing instructions. The shirt got a rip at the seem and the cloth is very thin plus fraying so it can't be sewn up. I was back to Fernandina July 10th and took the shirt in to see if they could exchange it or what they would do. All the store clerk told me was their exchange/return policy was 14 day with a receipt and there was nothing she could do. She offered nothing else and did not even apologize. I was not trying to exchange because I did not like the top or it did not fit it was faulty garmet and I feel some type of exchange should have been honored.
This little shop is FULL OF AWESOME!! She has everything from bath bombs to sun hats, and every single time I visit, she has new things. This is a go-to spot for the cutest dresses and softest sweaters and everything is budget-friendly.
Catherine was a charming young lady with great fashion ideas! She showed me several items with accessories that I could not resist. An asset to your shop, I am local and will certainly return be cause of her.
Rip off. Bought a cute cup here for $20 then found it at bed bath and beyond for $9.99! Too bad she doesn’t honor returns. Will not be back! If you see something cute, google it first to find it cheaper elsewhere!
