I came into Community First Credit Union to open my very first account, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I sat down with Sam, I felt welcomed, seen, and genuinely cared for, not just like another customer walking through the door. Sam went above and beyond in every possible way. She took the time to walk me through so many details about their offerings, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and asked thoughtful questions about me and my life to make sure everything truly fit my needs. I talk a lot, and at no point did she ever make me feel rushed, ignored, or like I was taking up too much time. Instead, she listened, engaged, and made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. She even had to do some extra steps and additional work for me, and she didn’t hesitate for a second. She handled everything with patience, positivity, and care. By the end of the appointment, I genuinely felt like I wasn’t just opening an account, but that I had a built-in friend at the credit union. That kind of experience is rare. Sam is an 11/10 and exactly what I needed today. I truly appreciate the experience and the level of service she provided. Had such a great experience with Nate Robertson (assistant branch manager)! Came into the branch as a walk-in with many questions and concerns about my business account after another branch made things quite complicated. Nate took the time to listen, look at my documentation, and gave me complete and easy to understand answers and solutions. He helped in so many ways and did it in minutes compared to months of unanswered questions elsewhere.
