I honestly don’t know how they have such good reviews. I’ve called multiple times and left multiple voicemails and have received no callbacks. Trying to spend a good bit of money with them and they don’t seem to care! Gonna just learn to do it myself or find someone else.
First off warning to all customers. As many of you will see I have removed my first review of computer Depot. And I will explain especially to all friends and business contacts I have referred to computer Depot. One year ago I bought a used laptop for $100. I traveled out of state working construction and used it on the job site to keep notes and relay to the property owner out of state. I came home within a week the sound quit. Now yes it is my fault being new with computers that I did not keep it clean on the job site. So when I was told about how dirty it was I took responsibility for that. And I posted the review of how well I thought things was going. Update. One good experience has turned into seven events that were not good. That's right I've had to return seven times but time before last I was very upset because the replacement computer he gave me after the third visit because he could not fix the sound on it for some reason and his words was exactly I don't know what's wrong. But he did replace it with an older model that had issues and wouldn't have a battery. During this last couple weeks I have lost $4,300 in business being a 62-year-old man trying to supplement my social security $4,300 would have helped me for two or 3 months with my medical issues. But the nightmare did not stop there. What kind of computer store does not even have an email address that is valid. So we have a technician that mints he cannot find a problem with a sound and they do not have a email address to contact them and I have drove across town seven times and the last two times I have been so disgusted waiting that I have walked out. They have the computer and now I'm wondering what I'm supposed to do I've looked into noob computers after I was told that they do not carry new computers. Any more investing in computers I need some kind of guarantee. I'm just saying this is how things went and I think I should not have reviewed this company based on the first experience. Oh yeah they'll sell it to you but damn getting service
They supposed to be open at 10 am but when you go they are closed, imagine you running a business in that way, nobody will take you seriously

Good deals laptops. Bought 2 and they gave us a more discounted price! Representatives are very nice as well! Answered all our questions in a respectful way! Love it here!
