The best way to start this review is with the words FANTASTIC- GREAT- AMAZING- THE BEST- LIFE and BUSINESS SAVER. The week earlier I had an attack from an inner-computer gremlin that crashed my system. When I say my system, I’m not referring to a computer that I occasionally get on to look something up or surf the internet, I mean a system that I work on daily, a system that feeds my family, pays our bills and provides a product that feeds my clients’ families. I’m sure you can imagine the fear that crossed over me when this occurred. Luckily, I’m the one that backs up, re-backs up and backs up the back so I knew my files were safe but the architectural program I use was in jeopardy. Not knowing anyone in the area to use, I called CRP Computers and grimaced knowing my situation would probably affect the repair fees. I called and left a message and immediately got a call back and upon explaining my situation, I was scheduled for an appointment the very next morning and within just a few minutes I was up and running. Typically, in business this is where the “up-sale” comes into place but that was not the case at all. I was very impressed with the service that I decided on my own to do some upgrades in RAM and disk size. My computer was picked up at my home, upgraded and returned to me at the very time promised. As a business owner, I was finally treated how I strive to treat my clients. CPR Computers is absolutely the BEST of the BEST and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. These people are very professional, knowledgeable and their words mean something to them. Please do not hesitate to contact them in your time of need.

I can't say enough about Ralph. He is so knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient. He was so quick to respond to my call and set up a time to come to my home. He transferred everything from my old computer to my new one, answered all my questions and made sure everything that was important to me was on the new computer. I called him to come back as I was having a problem I didn't understand. He was in the area, so came right away. He is more than reasonable with his fees. I recommend him highly if you need a terrific computer guy!
