Diversity Roofing & Contracting

Got three quotes before going with Diversity Roofing. They were not the cheapest, but their estimate actually itemized everything. Drip edge, ice and water shield, ridge vent, even the permit fees. The other two guys hand waved that stuff into a single line. I now understand why theirs was a few hundred more; those details are exactly the things that fail a roof at year ten. Ridge line is dead straight and the GAF warranty paperwork was in my inbox before they pulled out of the driveway.

My insurance adjuster came in low on the damage assessment. James came back out, documented every issue with photos, and pushed back with the supplement properly cited to the policy. Ended up getting full replacement covered instead of a patch job. James walked me through every supplement they filed and what each line meant. Tear off and install wrapped up in one day. New Owens Corning shingles look better than what was originally on the house.

I had a great experience with Tatjana for my roof repair. She was quick to respond, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job without cutting corners. She was also very respectful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. On top of that, her pricing was fair and affordable. I’d definitely recommend Tatjana to anyone needing reliable roof repair work.

I manage four rental properties in the Middleburg area. One bad storm took out three roofs in a single afternoon. James handled all three insurance claims in parallel, lined up the schedule so my tenants were never displaced more than a few hours, and finished all three jobs in under two weeks. Single point of contact through the whole thing. That is the only reason I am going to keep using them as I scale up.
