Today was my first time visiting this clinic and I have to say, the process was extremely smooth. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and Steven Garces is the man! He was very knowledgeable and walked me through a very productive consultation. I will be a regular at this clinic, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to optimize their health.

Steven takes a true whole-person approach to health and really listens—he’s knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping you achieve meaningful, long-term results. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel welcome. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and goes out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. I also want to mention Dr. Randolph’s pharmacy next door—it’s just as impressive. The pharmacist and staff are incredibly helpful, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you need quickly. If you’re looking for a team that truly cares about your health and provides top-notch service, this is the place to go.

I’ve generally been happy with this practice and intend to remain a patient, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I was recently charged a $50 cancellation fee after having to cancel an appointment because my father-in-law suffered a massive stroke and was transferred to hospice care. We were told he would not recover, and our family was focused on saying our goodbyes and being with him during the time he had left. The week before, I had also been forced to cancel at the last minute because my front tooth broke and required urgent dental treatment. The practice waived that fee but informed me it would be the only exception. I understand the purpose of cancellation policies and appreciate that missed appointments affect a practice. However, I believe there should be room for compassion and discretion when patients are dealing with extraordinary circumstances. Receiving a bill after explaining that a close family member had suffered a catastrophic stroke felt unnecessarily rigid and out of touch with the reality of what families experience during medical crises. The care I’ve received from this practice has otherwise been good, which is why this was disappointing. My hope is that the office will consider allowing more flexibility when patients are facing genuine emergencies and end-of-life situations involving loved ones.
