Dreamette Ice Cream Middleburg

Very disappointed this time with the serving size for the bread pudding. We tried to call to speak to a manager but the girl didn’t know what to say. It was literally two bite gone for over $5!!! Will not order again. Bread pudding is not hard to make, but I guess we be making our own. Love the ice cream but this was way too pricey for something very tiny. Hope Dreamette would make amends.

This is usually our favorite spot for treats. We went through the drive thru on 5/28 around 7:50 pm. The line was long for both in person and drive thru so we waited roughly 25 minutes for our goodies. My son and I both ordered mediums. He got a sundae that was beautifully domed 2inches above his cup. I ordered a shake that was sadly 3 inches below the cup line. Oddly, I toggled greatly on the drive there because I knew my shake would not be as tall and aesthetically appealing as his sundae. But when it came out 3 inches below the top of the cup, it was obvious that I was shorted. Our last visit was 2 months ago as this is our cheat day place. I understand they were busy and that my choice was blended down, but it felt less than quality and each time we have visited since moving to the area, it seemed like quality in the care put into the orders is steadily declining. I am hoping this is a fluke, though I have felt that way for our past 3 visits. This time it just happened to be disappointing enough to leave a review. The ice cream is yummy. Hopefully they can reset thoughtfulness because people start to notice when establishments lose passion.

Amazing Ice cream joint in the Jacksonville area of Florida. Stopped for ice cream on the way back from a long day of driving and getting stuff done. This was just what we needed. The service was great and the staff was great with the menu and recommendations. The menu isn't overly large for an ice cream place but that's ok, it means they can focus on making what they do good and keeps it quick. They had bread pudding when we went which is my favorite dessert and one I've NEVER had from an ice cream place. That alone makes this a 5/5 for me, but everything else was good too. We also ordered a strawberry shortcake Sunday. Overall the best Ice cream place I have ever been to in Florida. Highly recommended.

No specials today for national soft ice cream day.. 😔 The young woman who waited on us was anything but happy Usually we are greeted with a smile... Too bad She got no tip
