Emily Hicks Law, PLLC

Emily and her team did a wonderful job of preparing our estate planning documents. The initial call, planning session, final signing, and document distribution was handled very professionally, and our experience with the team was very informative and very pleasant.

Emily Hicks Law prepared my Will, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Directives, and other important Estate documents to ensure that my assets are passed on as I wish while avoiding probate. Emily explained all my options and provided a very well prepared Estate Planning Portfolio that includes all the Estate documents. I highly recommend Emily Hicks Law.

I engaged the Hicks law firm to make a new will. I found Emily very personal she was attentive and interested in what changes I wanted. The entire process was professional including the day I signed my new will. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

We just completed our Trust with Emily at Emily Hicks Law. Emily has developed a process for handling Trusts, Estate, and Elder law needs that is both effective and efficient. She is well versed in the law and the processes. Emily is detailed oriented, organized, and a pleasure to work with. She has valued team members like Kevin who stepped in and provided expert witness services during our signing. You're in good hands with Emily!
