My appointment started a little behind schedule, but the attorney spent extra time reviewing my concerns and never made me feel rushed. The staff remained professional throughout the process, and I always knew what was happening with my case. That level of communication mattered.
My immigration case was very complicated and stressful, and James Galloway helped me win it. He was incredibly thorough, always responsive to my calls, emails, messages and explained every possible scenario so I knew exactly what to expect. He kept me well-informed through the entire process. I’m very grateful for his support and would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
I engaged the services of James Galloway to assist with my immigration journey in 2015. He helped make the right decision regarding which visa to pursue and we filed for a spouse visa in 2016. Throughout the process, I found James to be a valuable resource and an instrumental guide. He honored his first free consultation and researched the possibilities in my peculiar case (husband's incarceration) before taking my money. While I took on a significant portion of the work myself, James provided crucial advice on the selection of evidences that contributed to the success of my case. I am grateful for James' support and would confidently recommend his services to anyone seeking reliable and knowledgeable assistance in immigration matters.
If I could give 100 stars I would! Mr. Galloway is an amazing lawyer, and I am so thankful that he represented me in my family law case. From the start to finish, he knew exactly what to do in the legal proceedings which made it such a smooth process because he prepared me on what to expect and how to remain calm through the storm. He's very knowledgeable in the law field and a wise man. Through the process he encouraged me to remain positive and to me was a light in the dark times I was facing. I'm so happy with the results of my case, everything looks good and as I continue my journey, I know that I am not alone because Mr. Galloway is just one call away.
I was recommended this firm by my sister who is an American resident. I have dealt with James from the start who has been incredibly helpful and supportive and offering really honest advice. My first consultation was free as I was considering changing the type of visa which I found to be incredibly fair. I know of no one in Scotland who would do similar. James did not rush me, listened to the options I had and advised on the best way forward if I wished to proceed. He was genuine, friendly and extremely professional. If you are looking for a decent honest immigration lawyer, I cannot recommend James enough
