They have great customer service. I ordered a size 2 small for my snatch me up vest. I was able to send it back in and was re-issued a credit to order the correct size with no problem. Item came and I could fit it and I love my snatch me up vest and my ab board bundle I’m two weeks postop, I’m dying from all the compression bt hopefully it will get easier to handle.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I’ve had. I ordered the Trophy Wife Energy Dress in a size Small, which is my normal size, but the fit was nothing like what was represented in the product photos. The side openings were so large that they exposed far more than expected, making the dress unwearable. I contacted the boutique within their return window because I initially thought I was wearing the dress incorrectly due to the complicated crisscross design. We exchanged messages over several days while I tried to make it work. Once I realized the issue was the fit, I requested a return. Although the boutique agreed to accept the return, I was responsible for return shipping, a restocking fee, and was only offered store credit. Since this experience left me with little confidence in the fit of their clothing, store credit was not a reasonable solution for me. I requested a refund to my original payment method, but that request was denied. I understand that businesses have return policies, but I believe customer service should also take into account the circumstances. I made every effort to resolve the issue promptly and in good faith, yet the outcome left me feeling like my concerns were not truly addressed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this boutique based on my experience. At this point, I have no choice but to dispute the charged with my banking institution.

My friend suggested I come here cause she says it’s nice and I believe her however I have been waiting about 2 hrs for someone to return from lunch. Right now the mail person trying to deliver a package but they missed that delivery. I don’t want to to leave cause I driven 40 minutes with orange park traffic to get here but I’m thinking my waiting is in vain. Pissed is an understatement. I just want my waist trainer I wish I knew another place. Everyone stops by like they want to go in but no avail.
