Beautiful day on beautiful beach. Our visit to tour the fort last year was great! This year we walked the beach down to the fort. Great shells and a dozen sharts teeth! We forgot our binoculars to view Cumberland Island with a possibility of seeing the wild horses so we will be going back for sure.

So beautiful & peaceful! Plenty of parking, very clean! The boardwalk is the nicest one I’ve ever seen. Well lit. We loved exploring around all of the tide pools. Lots of sea life: giant horseshoe crab, many different species of fish, lots of birds…great place to shark tooth hunt. Excellent beach for a family day.
Very cool Fort! Camping, biking and hiking areas. Nice beach area!! Will definitely be back!!! Very pretty area! Loved the road covered with palm and mossy Oak trees!! Found a shark tooth within ten minutes of being on the beach!
Great place for fishing close to a Jetty! Last stop in Florida. Not many beach goers during the week.
Fun, cheap, clean. Cool facts and lots of places to explore inside.
