Paul and his staff at Gateway Mortgage have done an excellent job in preparation for our purchase of land as well as our new construction project. We highly recommend using him and his team. Very professional and always available to help in any way.
Paul is great! I worked with him on a transaction where my customer, a first-time buyer, purchased land. He is one of the few local lenders who truly understands lot loans and land financing, and his expertise was a huge help throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my customer felt confident every step of the way. Highly recommend!
Our transaction coordinator team recently partnered with Paul on a transaction, and we were impressed by his responsiveness, clarity, and professionalism every step of the way. He played a key role in keeping the process efficient and on track for a successful closing. We welcome future collaborations!
Paul with Gateway Mortgage has been great to deal with, as a first time buyer he spent the time to explain everything, help me organize which steps to take for my construction loan and has been checking in regularly with the building process. I would highly recommend.
Highest praise for Paul Moerman and Gateway Mortgage! Paul was highly efficient, organized and always positive from the moment we met him. We knew we were in the right hands from day one and were always confident as he kept us informed and assured every step of the way. We appreciate Paul’s honesty, hard work and determination to get us into our new home. He came highly recommended and we urge everyone to contact him for your particular home needs. Paul and the Gateway Mortgage team are the best of the best! Janice & Mike O.
