This experience was nice & pleasant. I was treated professionally and in a timely manner. I never thought someone could be so honest and sweet. If I ever have another screen scare just know this has made me want to only come here going forward.

Very helpful. Did not take long at all and he actually saved me money on my repair. Walked in with my phone screen that looked cracked and he was able to repair while I was in the store. Saved me what he thought was the original cost and way less. Highly recommend and does great work
Horrible business practices. Did not fix the phone correctly. Broke my case had to buy new case. they do not honor their waranty that is on the counter. had to take the phone to a different repair shop that fixed it perfectly. He also cracked my screen forcing a new case on the phone. in a credit card dispute over their charge.
Omar was the best! Gave me a fair quote and he got my phone fixed quick. Definitely recommend to anyone in the Jacksonville area.
I'm disabled and accidentally dropped my phone. I'm very clumsy due to my disabilities. I called and the gentlemen and he was able to fix my phone immediately. He did an excellent job and my phone seems more visible than before. I highly recommend him and this bus
