Jackie and Brittany Darby, Team Darby REALTORS

In 2019, I needed to sell my Florida house quick so I could buy a house in Georgia and Jackie was referred to me by my Georgia realtor. She sold it quick! The first buyer we had fell through and she helped me through that and get another offer pretty quickly after that. Then in 2022, I decided to move back to Florida. With the help of Jackie and Brittany, I found a new home and got through the building process and closing of the property. They also helped me find a short-term rental while waiting for my house to be built. They truly help you get to the finish line with whatever you need.

I have used Brittany and Jackie multiple times for real estate transactions. I have worked with this team where I was the seller and when I was the buyer .I have confidently referred them to friends and family. This team does an excellent job of marketing properties, They are very knowledgeable in the real estate market, provide helpful and useful feedback and possess impeccable communication skills. They keep their word , always acting in a professional and friendly manner. I would recommend them to anyone considering a real estate transaction of any kind. This is a team you can trust!

We could not be happier with Team Darby! We had very specific requirements for a property on the island. We were shown multiple properties that fit the bill! What we loved about Jackie was her patience. Although it took us months, we never felt rushed, nor pressured. When we found “It”, she made the process smooth and seamless. We were able to get our new property in a flash. Brittany did the same for our daughter in her home search at North Hampton. You can’t go wrong with Team Darby! They are THE best at finding your perfect property. We also found new forever friends in the Darbys!

Highly recommend Brittany Darby for any real estate needs! She went above and beyond throughout the process and made things very easy! She makes sure her clients come first! I referred a friend to Brittany, and they had the same experience that I did!
