Jackson Veterinary Hospital

We can’t thank the caring team at Jackson enough for the grace and kindness they showed us. We were visiting from out of town when our 17 year old Havanese experienced a medical emergency. Despite us having no appointment and our dog having never been seen there, within minutes they had us in a room, the front desk staff reached out to our regular vet, got his records transferred and he was being evaluated by a very competent and compassionate vet and tech. When it became clear it was the moment to let him go, it was handled with great care and patience. He passed peacefully. We’re forever grateful to everyone at Jackson for making this difficult time easier for us and our beloved fur baby, Roger.

Amazing staff- great service. Our dog got sick while we were on vacation, and they took care of him quickly and efficiently.

These people care about animals. Not only the health of your animals but their emotions too. I brought my kitten in for a check up and while cleaning her ears, she started to freak out a bit. The vet tech stuck with her and coddled her the same way I would. Following that, Dr. Crabb talked me through what needs to be done with intension and care as if I was the only person there. Not rushing through it, but straight to the point. As good as it gets for a place my cat HATES to go.

Staff was friendly and professional tried to put the pets at ease, seemed reasonably . That was John Glidewell and he was very thorough. Wasn't in a rush at all, stood and talk to us after the exams were over. Highly recommend.
