I scheduled an appointment, which was disastrous. It took weeks for them to see me. It is diffult to reach anyone by telephone as they utilize an AI auto-attendant. This app continously called me while I was working in another state. When I made time to return the calls, it took considerable time to find out why they were calling. Each time, I was informed that they simply needed to confirm my appointment & that they wouldn't call me again. However, the calls restarted the next morning. The day of my appointment, we waited 3 hours to finally be informed that they could not see me. Although they apologized, no one has attempted to reschedule. I highly recommend that you go somewhere else. Those who were waiting with us had similar horror stories. I have informed my physician who is in the same building & we have scheduled the procedure with a reputable provider.
Do NOT go here. Appointment was at 7am. Would have cost $100 if missed it. Didn't get to the back till 11am. Cut mouth, chin, and nose incubating him. Worst doctors office I've ever been to!!!
Amazing doctors who kept me informed and. Explained the procedures and made me know how the procedure will make me be able to do a to do activities that I was unable to do. thank you so very much.
