Jennifer Lawrence Real Estate, LLC

All we can say is, “wow.” From day 1 we were pure chaos - a quick move from MN to FL, with four kids 6 and under and very specific requirements. Jennifer did everything from setting up multiple day-of viewings (on two occasions because of impromptu trips down), showing us multiple areas, contacting us back quickly (even on holidays 😩), and answering our endless questions. She provided us with so much information, helped us make multiple offers, and found us our perfect home for us within our timeline! And that was just the “big” stuff! There were moments that we needed to speak to contractors or selling agents and she would play with our kiddos to give us a moment to complete a sentence, helped us show a few houses for our parents who are moving soon as well, gave us contacts (including babysitters!), and left our kids with pool/beach toys to welcome them to the area - to us this “smaller” stuff was even bigger than the work expected to come with an agent as it showed us how much she actually cared. She was an absolute dream to work with and we will always appreciate everything she did in, and outside the realm of what a realtor does. Thank you so much again Jennifer!! We can’t tell you how much we appreciate all the hard work you did! 🩷

When we moved to St. Augustine, we had no idea where to begin. Jennifer immediately put us at ease. She patiently guided us through neighborhoods, answered every question (and we had a lot!), and never pressured us. Thanks to her expertise and responsiveness, we found the perfect home, and we’ve continued working with her ever since. She’s the kind of realtor you keep in your contacts for life.

Jennifer was great! We were moving to Florida from out of state and she was so great working with our schedule and timeline! She helped us and made the process a lot easier!

I recommend Jennifer Lawrence with the highest level of certainty possible! I recently had the pleasure of connecting her with a buyer who was moving to her area and she was quick, professional, and communicative and had him under contract with his dream home in no time! Jennifer is my go-to for St. Augustine and surrounding and I highly recommend her!
