Kelly Family Roof Install

before the heavy rain season, i had someone come by to clear debris from my roof and check the shingles. during the inspection, he found a few soft spots that needed attention. since i was new to the area, i was not sure who to call for a roofing contractor. after asking several neighbors and friends, most of them recommended a local roofer. i sent a message through the website, and the next morning johnathan contacted me. he came out that same day, inspected the roof, took measurements, and put together a quote. i was happy to see the price was fair and reasonable for the amount of roof work needed. about two weeks later, the roofing crew arrived early and got started right away. my roof had two layers of old shingles that needed a full tear-off before the new roofing system could be installed. the team worked efficiently and finished the whole project in about seven hours, including cleanup around the house. they did a thorough job, the workmanship looked solid, and the new roof gave me real peace of mind. i appreciated how clearly everything was explained, how organized the crew was, and how well they protected the property during the shingle removal and installation. the finished roof looks great, and i feel confident it was completed to a high standard.

I really appreciate Kelly Family Roof Install. They are professional, honest, and easy to work with on roofing jobs. A long time ago, they fixed a roof leak around my chimney after other roofers could not solve it. They found the problem fast and made the repair the right way. Later, I had them replace my full roof, and the whole process was smooth. The crew was on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything organized from start to finish. This week, after strong wind and rain, a piece of trim came loose. I called, and they said someone would come out soon, and Luis arrived within a couple of days, even with wet and slippery conditions. He took care of the repair at no charge, which really showed how much they stand behind their roofing work. It is clear they have strong family experience in the roofing business, and I highly recommend them.

i took a chance and searched for a roofing and gutter service while i was at work, and they were able to come out the same day to handle the job. what really stood out was that Luis sent a photo of my home before starting so i could confirm he was at the right address. He was very thorough, careful, and skilled with the gutter cleaning and roofline work. He also shared before and after pictures, which gave me peace of mind that everything was completed properly. He took time to explain my concerns in simple detail and pointed out a few areas around the roof and gutters that i should keep an eye on, especially with Florida heat, heavy rain, and storm season. The whole experience was professional, smooth, and pleasant from start to finish. The pricing was fair, the service was affordable, and the quality of the work was excellent. i will definitely use them again and would recommend this roofing and gutter company to anyone who wants reliable service and clear communication.

We got several quotes for our roof replacement and chose this roofing team. Overall, the whole process was smooth and professional. Luis came out for the estimate, took his time, answered all of our questions, and did not make us feel rushed. He also took photos while on the roof and then clearly explained what he found, which helped us understand the condition of the shingles and what work was needed. Miguel handled the installation and was very polite and easy to talk to. He listened to our concerns, checked in with us during the roofing job, and made sure we felt informed from start to finish. The crew worked efficiently, kept things organized, and the project moved along without problems. After the installation, he came back to make sure we did not have any more questions and even ran the magnetic nail sweep again to be sure the area was clean and safe. This was a very good roofing experience with great workmanship and great people. The new roof looks excellent, and we are very happy with the quality, communication, and cleanup. If you need roofing work, this is the team to choose.
