We had a great experience with Knowell's Lock & Safe. We needed a large safe moved from one office to another and explained that it was somewhat urgent. They were able to get us on their schedule the next business day, which we really appreciated. Communication was clear and professional from start to finish. We actually purchased this safe from them more than 10 years ago, so it's nice to know they still provide such reliable service. They were easy to work with, trustworthy, and got the job done without any issues. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I had a great experience with Knowell’s Lock and Safes last week. Amanda is very knowledgeable in all aspects of safes and locks and sold me the safe I needed. Jorge and Gary actually delivered it that same day. I know why they call them “the safe bros”, they wheeled it right into place with ease. I know where I will go for all of my safe and lock needs. Thanks again to all of you, Rick Wisner
I wanted to upgrade to a larger safe to store my valuables and guns. This was my first purchase of a gun safe. George and his wife Amanda that Owen the business are very knowledgeable about safes. George me to the show room and I was impressed by the safe he showed me. It weighs 600lbs and could hold all my guns and important files. I bought it the same day and George and Christian delivered it to my home to my home the same day. I was impressed by the way they use their equipment to move the safe into my home and taking caution at every step of the way to place the safe where I wanted it. George explained to me that it had a 90 minute fire rating and the warranty detail from Black Hawk safe company. Highly recommend Lowell’s Lock & Safe for expert advice and delivery to anyone.
Jorge was great to work with from start to finish. I made a purchase by phone and was very pleased with the “out the door” price for the product and delivery. I was given an upfront lead time for production of my purchase and was contacted when delivery was available. Jorge arrived with his crew on time and made installation a breeze. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Always nice to shop small businesses and receive quality customer service!
This company is incredible. Sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery team was awesome and made moving a 700lb safe seem effortless. Put it right where I intended it to be without any issues or questions. Perfect experience. Thank You!
