Looking for your retirement home is overwhelming. We were living in NJ and the only thing we knew was we wanted to retire in FL. While doing some research I clicked on a few websites and soon after, received many calls from several real estate agents including Jani Chahal of Keller Williams Realty who was the most helpful in giving us clarity as to where we should relocate. When we gave her our wish list, she pointed us to the city where we are now happily retired. She tirelessly showed us lots of homes during our 2-year search and we feel she went out of her way to help us. She never made us feel pressured or obligated. She gave us accurate information on taxes, insurance and utility expenses. She helped through the negotiations, closing and kept in touch after the closing to learn of any of our concerns. She informed us about things to consider such as home and auto insurance and switching driver’s licenses and auto registrations. Now, one year later, we are very happy in our retirement home. Jani’s expertise and dedication made all the difference, and we highly recommend her services.
I can not say enough good things about Dawn and her team. I felt completely cared for and the whole experience was flawless. I’m not saying there were no “hiccups”; but Dawn and her team handled things completely. I would not go with any other team.
I want to recommend realtor Jani Chahal for any of your buying or selling needs. Jani went above & beyond for us. We had my uncle’s house to sell & let me tell you it was a huge challenge from the get go. She took care of everything from start to finish. She is a wonderful person to work with. I will definitely be using Jani for any future housing needs that may come up in the future. Ginny Kammerer
Patrick and is team were great to work with. My aunt house was sold within 30 days, after previously being listed on the market for 365 days. I Highly recommend Patrick and his team to my family and friends. Thank you so much
Jani was so helpful when I moved from the west coast to beautiful florida. Before I made the move she kept me informed on what was available. Jani was wonderful and I would strongly recommend her. Thank you Jani
