I would use Lisa for every home buying/selling for as long as I can! She was referred to us from a coworker. She truly made buying a home from out of state the easiest and most enjoyable experience we could have asked for! You will NOT be disappointed

Best Real Estate Agent! We were referred to Lisa Sweat when we had to sell my Mom's house. Lisa was just great, She knew the market and helped us out in ways we didn't know we needed. She was always available to take our calls and no question was silly to her. We live in a different state than the house was, so she was basically our eyes. If we ever decide to move to Florida Lisa will be our first call. You won't go wrong getting her for your Real Estate Agent.
ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL . Lisa was a huge help. I was a first time buyer with absolutely no clue what I was doing. She had worked so hard to help me find a house i loved and made the entire process so much easier with her help. Highly recommend for anyone who wants or needs a professional with great insight.
Best Agent in Florida. Lisa was fantastic to work with. My family and I had already left the state before our house sold so we were not there in person. But Lisa was so great about checking up on our house to make sure it was still looking good and ready to sell at all times. She communicated frequently and was always available for our questions. Lisa was not our original selling agent when our house hit the market but we ended up switching to her because our previous seller was awful! Lisa constantly reassured us every couple weeks when we got discouraged that our house wasn’t selling. Lisa gave us all the good vibes even from hundreds of miles away. 10/10 recommend Lisa!
Lisa's communication, honesty and integrity was the best while selling my fathers home! Selling my late fathers home was overwhelming but Lisa stayed consistent, patient and answered every question we had during the entire process. Even though it was a rollercoaster at times, she was consistently knowledgeable and very positive! She kept us informed on each step, and always welcomed our phone calls. We would definitely recommend her and will be asking her to help us buy/sell our next home!!
