My granddaughter wanted to try kickboxing, so I signed her up at Karate America. To her surprise, I signed up as well. We signed up for both Kickboxing and Self defense, both excellent values. What a great way to have fun and get in shape with your kid! The people who practice there are all encouraging and kind. The instructors are talented in accelerating physical abilities and learning martial arts. They are also great with people, understanding that we are all different, and they are the best at helping people fit in and get the most out of the classes. I am especially appreciative of the manner they teach personal discipline, with love and respect. The Self-defense and martial arts training provided builds confidence, strength, flexibility, and balance. And will inspire one to do more with their life. And you don't have to be in shape to start, they will help you start from where you are. Join up, and make real progress fast. That's from my personal experience at Karate America. Absolutely excellent.
Our family has been attending karate at this school for greater than 5 years. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff is wonderful especially Mr. Roderick the chief instructor. He works well with children and adults. The after school program is a great way to incorporate discipline into a child's life. They are able to complete homework in a structured environment and attend classes. My children have learned many life skills including self defense, confidence, and respect. We have made life long friends at Karate America of Orange Park.
Mr. Roderick and the other instructors are awesome! It's been almost two years since my daughter and I started, and we are still going strong. Love the positive motivation, learning new skills, and the family like atmosphere. We are proud to be apart of the Karate America family.
We highly recommend Karate America for all ages! My son and I joined 6 years ago and we still love it!! Mr. Roderick is highly motivating and an outstanding instructor who has built an amazing team of instructors. You won't find a better family oriented atmosphere anywhere! Not only do they teach martial arts but they incorporate life lessons in every class and help instill strong moral values.
Karate America has been amazing to my family! My daughter loves Mr. Smith and definatly looks up to him as a positive role model! He has taught her respect, discipline and self defense all in one package. The staff and teachers take a genuine interest in each student and their families!
