Absolutely excellent service Deryck was very helpful and knowledgeable. Fixed my problem immediately. My laptop wouldn't charge and I thought the jack was broken inside. He diagnosed the problem was the charger and sent me a link for a new one which works perfectly. Didn't even charge me for his time, just did it! Highly recommend
Deryck is totally awesome, very knowledgeable, unflappable. Recovered 2000+ emails that were accidentally deleted that were hugely important to us. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
This morning my husband’s computer suddenly refused to turn on, so we brought it to Megabite Computer Services hoping it could be saved. From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming and personable. Derek quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue, explaining the process step by step so we felt included and informed. His knowledge and professionalism were outstanding, and he had us back on track in no time. We’re so grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend Megabite for anyone needing computer help!
Derrick was amazing! Diagnosed issues with my MacBook Air, and fixed them, at a very reasonable price.
I build and service my own computers but when I get into trouble I go to Megabite. Deryck knows what he's doing and he's a lot more patient than I am. He can test for a bad chip or bad board in 1/10th the time it takes me. Reasonable prices and lots of free advice. I was going to buy a new $250 Motherboard but Deryck said I was still under warranty. Who knew? $20 for shipping and I had a new replacement board. Now we're chasing why my new computer shuts off randomly. Either I loaded one of my programs in the wrong order or it's the memory chips. Thanks Deryck and Megabite for hanging in there and finding the problem. Congrats to Deryck and Megabite for moving up in the world. Now they're on Sadler just past the 8th street light on the South side. Fancy diggs!
