Michael Vandiver, Realtor®, ABR®, AHWD

Michael was so very helpful in assisting us as first time home buyers. He took the time to help us identify what we wanted and narrow down our search. We so appreciate how responsive he was with any questions we had as we learned the process. We found an amazing home that we love as a result of his efforts. We would recommend Michael to anyone with real estate needs!

Michael is amazing! He assisted us on both the selling and buying sides of our home journey, and we had a fantastic experience. He was incredibly accommodating to our schedules and provided so many helpful tips as he walked us through the selling process. We first met Michael in late September after being connected with him through Redfin. Our home was listed in October, and by December, we had sold our old home and purchased a new one! Honestly, when I reached out to view a home in September, I never imagined we’d be in a new home by the end of the year—but Michael made it happen! Toward the end of our selling process, we ran into a few issues, but Michael stayed on top of everything. He kept us informed at every step and went above and beyond to get the problems resolved quickly, which we truly appreciated. He advocated for us every step of the way during the buying process and always had our best interests in mind. Thanks to his hard work, we found the perfect home for our family in a great location. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated realtor, Michael is the one!
