I was referred to this place by another vet that was booked full. My elderly cat had an infection in the mouth and needed attention. They fit us in the schedule first thing next day and the list went pretty smooth. they did clearly explained everything and the necessitates to treat the infection plus recommend dental work since her teeth was infected. They gave me estimate with range of possible different outcomes during dental surgery. What surprised me was how they nickel and dime for each tooth extraction. where I have lived in other states in the past with all of my felines, it was flat rate for no matter how many extractions. I guess post COVID made everybody greedy. who knows. it's been 7 years since I had the last one with my cat. The nurses and the vet were very nice and they were kind and very accommodating. I had blood work done, had vet visit, had her ears cleaned out and had test on the ear infection to give proper antibiotics, and all of that work total $500ish for me. being a feline owner for 32 years, this is the second highest I have ever spend on.
BB our cat went in for her second visit to get her nails trimmed. Got her in and out and did a fantastic job on her with no stress or anxiety (us or her). BB gives 5 stars and she's a hard girl to please.
Such a personal and professional staff, Being new to the community my pups, Ace and Louie were treated like their own pets. The follow up text messaging service is a brilliant idea! We look forward to our next meetings. Surfs Up🏄🏼🏖️🐶🐱
Zabi was well cared for. Having had half his teeth extracted within 12 hours he’s back to his happy tail wagging self! Thanking for taking such great care of him.
I brought my kitty in on a Saturday for his vaccines and was very happy with the care and treatment he received at MuraBella. Lorali and Rylee at the front desk were so welcoming and got us into a room right away. Our nurse did a great job going through the estimate with me and explained everything so well, and Dr. Puckett's energy was phenomenal. I had a great experience with the ladies at MuraBella, and will not bring my cats anywhere else after this!
