I have absolutely loved this class! Katerina is so fun, upbeat and encouraging and I feel challenged by the dances but not too much. Everyone is welcome and it has really helped me with confidence as well. 10/10 recommend!

Kat is a true gift. She has an incredible way of touching our hearts and guiding women to look inward, care for themselves, and embrace who they truly are with love and joy. Her purpose is so clear through her dance, she uplifts, heals, and empowers women, helping us feel seen, valued, and confident in our own skin. My cousin introduced me to Kat and her dance class about a year and a half ago, and I am so incredibly thankful. Not only has it brought me back to moving my body more regularly and making healthier choices, but it has also reignited my love for dance. The space Kat has created is truly special. It’s a place where we can challenge our bodies and also foster a genuine sense of community among women. I’ll never forget one of my first classes when she spoke about how lucky we are to gather and share that moment together, knowing that not all women have that opportunity. Each class, Kat reminds us of our beauty inside and out and encourages us to leave everything on the dance floor, carrying positivity back to our families and everyday lives. Her health journey and her commitment to spreading kindness is truly inspirational, and I’m so grateful to be part of this community she has built.
