Cancel your Bailey's, LA, or 24 hour Fitness plans and come see these guys. If you want results and are ready to put the work in, TFW is the place for you. It's 100% full-on motivation the minute you walk in the door with beast-mode workouts with personal training, coaching, and lots of sweat. Give them a chance. You'll see and feel the difference. **I was not paid or offered anything for this review. It's my honest opinion.**
oops I've been coming here for months now and somehow haven't put in writing how much I love this gym. Excellent workouts (good mix of strength and cardio/conditioning workouts, with modifications as needed) and the trainers are SO nice - continually impressed by how you guys remember everyone's names. There's a nice mix of ages and fitness levels in the classes, very welcoming. Thanks for everything!
Training for Warriors Julington Creek is the best gym for anyone on a fitness journey. The trainers are motivating and sincere in their desire for you to better yourself through exercise and diet. The gym is welcoming to all fitness levels and students encourage each other towards success. I have had great results with TFW and continue to improve with each work out. The program is ever changing, an aspect I really enjoy as I tend to bore easily. The facility is always clean and showers optional. If you are looking for results, this is the place to be!!!!
I've been attending TFW Julington Creek for more than two years and really enjoy the experience. All of the coaches are great, highly motivating and also ensure that you care completing the exercise correctly. Fellow warriors are also supportive and make the workouts easier. I've seen a big jump in strength since coming here and look forward to what the future brings!
Gym is clean organized and always well maintained. The coaches are experienced, approachable and always willing to help!
