While the store has a nice set up, we were not greeted with any hospitality. A couple walked in after us and were acknowledged immediately. While we were browsing the shelves, the woman behind the desk started walking the store and looked dead at me and still did not greet or ask if we needed help; very simple notions that would make a customer feel welcomed at your store. My wife was looking for a book and we thought we would give an up-and-coming local store our business, but it seems they did not want it. I don’t know if we were judged by appearance, but I hope they treat future potential customers with more grace. Business 101-acknowledge your customer.
Great gifts, great vibe, and a great owner. We started the book crawl here right at opening and was immediately greeted and in awe. The selection is really good and the cute gifts and ”things” are perfectly placed all over the store. Thank you for the amazing experience love a good local store!
Love this summer, book crawl! I absolutely adore how all of the local bookstores support each other. this location has awesome bookish things like line date with a book needohs and tons of stickers, bookmarks bags, coffee mug, candles everything you think of! Their selection of new books is absolutely awesome. Smells good nice ambience decorated so well. Everything is so organized and beautiful.
This is such a great store! There owner is great and will get you anything you need. She keeps the BEST bookish gifts in stock at every price point. I love the way it’s laid out. My kids beg me to go there weekly. There is a great selection of books and candles and so much more!!! Do not sleep on this one!!!
