Nicole Anderson Realtor® | Amelia Island Real Estate Services

I’ll keep this brief even though pause should be given to Nicole Anderson, real estate agent extraordinaire, for her in-depth, up to the minute knowledge of the real estate market in NE FL and her great personality. She listens intently, knows how to set and manage expectations, researches all questions and has answers within minutes…few hours worse case. She has the ability to fit the person/couples’ personalities to the home by just talking and getting to know you. Our experience with Nicole? She matched our personalities with the right house and we couldn’t be happier.

My wife and I were looking for property recently in the Fernandina/Amelia Island area and we hooked up with Nicole through Cabana Lane Realty. She was a pleasure to work with. Never pressured us, never over-showed an area or builder, just listened to what we were looking for and responded timely and on our schedule. And thanks to her efforts and sticking with us, we found the lot and area of our dreams. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Fernandina Beach area.

Nicole guided us to a successful purchase of a house in Fernandina Beach. She has listened carefully, staying on the project daily, never wasting a moment. Added important ideas as well all needed information. Set up visits on schedule and in a timely way. Equally important helped us close with skilled lawyer and settle in with utilities transfer, medical professionals, cabinet makers, property managers… you name it. And with the most pleasant and positive personality you will ever meet.

It was wonderful working with Nicole to find my home on Amelia Island! She was very responsive and an excellent communicator. She knows the area and market very well and was able to see the potential in the homes we viewed. She was great at keeping in touch during the closing process and offering assistance. She also helped me find a great handyman for some renovations on my new home. Definitely recommend working with Nicole!
