Peak Fitness and Performance - Julington Creek

Our family had such a wonderful experience with RJ and the Team at Peak Fitness and Performance! We were looking for a way to stay active together, and the personal training program went above and beyond our expectations. They created workouts that worked perfectly for all four of us—including our two teens (15 and 16). Lot's of competition and fun workouts to keep them motivated. Not only did they get a great workout, but the sessions also helped them bond as siblings, which was amazing to watch. The mix of family time and fitness made it something fun while working out. I highly recommend the entire team to anyone looking for personal training that fits both individual goals and family connection!

I signed my daughter up to get simple exercise at Peak. We are a homeschool family and I was not able to get her to do exercises with me. Not only have they checked that box, they have also found specific areas she needed work and are adressing them. She is only two months in and shown greater stability and love for exercise. They are patient and knowledgable. The icing on the cake is that they allow me to work out with her. Not only allowing but encouraging me to get stronger along side her. They focus on over all family health which is such a blessing in a world where most places nickle and dime anything they can. This has been a blessing for our family so far.

I love love love my trainers at Peak! RJ and Shawn always create intensive and innovative training sessions for me. I highly reccomend PEAK!

I’ll try again…. I checked online and found that Silver Sneakers was accepted at Peak Fitness. I eagerly went there to enroll. I was received by an unsmiling, just-short-of-rude young girl that told me that Silver Sneakers was indeed NOT accepted at Peak Fitness. Are we seniors just second-class citizens to you?!!! Have we sacrificed our time and our young lives raising you just to be shunned in our final chapter of life?!!! If our insurance company is willing to pay for us to endeavor to be healthy, shouldn’t you be willing to accept us into your fold??? SHAME ON YOU PEAK FITNESS!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!
